Cherry Tree Vets is not legally responsible for collecting or treating injured wildlife.

If you find an injured wild animal, please contact the appropriate authority:
• RSPCA Emergency Line: 0300 1234 999
• Highways Agency (roadside animals): 0300 123 5000
• Local Council or DEFRA (as applicable)

What we can do:
We may provide emergency first aid or humane euthanasia if an injured animal is brought directly to us, subject to availability.

What we cannot do:
• We do not collect wildlife
• We cannot care for large/dangerous species (e.g. deer, foxes, birds of prey)
• We do not offer rehabilitation or rehoming

Your safety matters. Only intervene if safe. Place small animals in a ventilated box and keep them warm until help arrives.
